Getting kicked in Teams Web

If using the Teams web version then you automatically get kicked if not active in that browser for more than 45 minuts. Auto kick will be disabled when in Teams web version.

Two windows, wrong name

When we open BeZoned from Teams in a new window, that window is titled BeZoned, but when you open Lobby since the new update, it opens in another window titled Microsoft Teams, which is the window we have open at all times, which is confusing as we alt tab to “Microsoft Teams” for BeZoned and etc “Chat X” for Microsoft Teams windows and “BeZoned” is just Lobby selector.

THE Office layout

One of the most famous Office layouts in the world, is probably the TV series The Office (US) 😆 It could be done as an Eater Egg satire kind of thing, having it as an option with the new office designs, without much legal trouble as no branding is needed. There is plenty of fan made 2D and 3D renderings of the layout online and it also have the benefit of already being made to be the “ordinary 9-5 office space” in the US, which includes the default department spaces, tabels etc.

Cannot see other people after update

After newest update, other people’s icons do not show up around tables. Voice communication works fine, but there is no longer any visual representation of participants besides yourself. The problem persists through restart of the app.

Status in the Lounge

For demo purposes, the default status in the lounge should be “available”. We think of the lounge as a socializing area. I know that we do not use it as such, but we do not use it as intended.

Audio selection issues when returning from "Sleep Mode"

When you sit at a table in BeZoned, let your computer go to sleep, and then come back it it changes audio output to something other than what it was previously set to (even if previous settings was default settings). When staying at the table, in the ‘Devices’ settings in BeZoned it still has the correct settings selected, but just doesn’t seem to be using them. Even if you change the Speaker settings to something else and then back, it will not change where the audio comes from. It can be “resolved” by either restarting BeZoned or simply changing to another table and then back.

BeZoned on Teams App

Before the audio stack change update, I was able to launch BeZoned on my Teams mobile App and join a table for handsfree tabel talk while driving. It seems after this update, the Mic is stuck forever refreshing without being able to connect. Seems like it just wont connect to either the car mic or the phones mic. Edit: Testet with normal headphones on bluetooth with phone and that works …

Background noise is audible

My colleagues and I are having an issue with background noise, like keyboard typing, being audible when sitting around a table. We all have noise suppression enabled in the Bezoned settings menu. The issue should be noticeable as soon as you swap between a Teams meeting and a table in the BeZoned office.

Share short lived announcements/communications

In order to share small updated during the day of something great or other news one would like to tell your coworkers; it would be great to create a “temporary” sticky announcement that could be seen in the BeZoned office window and that would be removed after typically 12 hours or end of day. Announcements could be, “Just had a great meeting with our partner/customer XYZ”, “We just cracked the problems we had in dev with the servers”, “It’s Annas birthday today!”, etc.
