In order to invite users to BeZoned they will need a BeZoned license. Licenses can be purchases from the BeZoned web site, and they can then be assigned to users via the Microsoft admin account page:
New users will need to install BeZoned Teams app, either directly from inside Microsoft Teams or following this link.
The user can now enter BeZoned and enter the Lobby area. From here he/she can enter an office workspace or create a new one. If an office workspace is restricted, then the user vil need an invitation from a workspace admin to enter. This can be done from inside the BeZoned office workspace.
Office workspaces are 1:1 connected with a Team in Microsoft Teams. Thus, it is also possible to administrate who are allowed in an office workspace in the Team settings in Microsoft Teams.
